Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing or participating in any program, service, or offering from Life and Luxe Collective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any program or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Program/Service Description
Life and Luxe Collective offers a variety of coaching, mentorship, and lifestyle programs (collectively referred to as “Program(s)”). Your enrollment grants access to the specific Program materials you selected at the time of purchase, including applicable digital content, communities, and resources, which may change at our discretion.
Participation may also include access to private digital forums, such as Facebook groups, as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to add or remove access to such groups at any time.
2. Eligibility
Our Programs are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, purchasing, or participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified via an approved payment plan. This is not a subscription service. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program, termination of access to all materials and communities, and possible referral to a collections agency.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
4. Disclaimer
We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, doctors, attorneys, or business managers. The information provided through our Programs is for educational and personal development purposes only. Your results may vary. No outcomes are guaranteed.
By participating, you acknowledge that no coach, consultant, or contributor of the Company is acting as your legal, medical, financial, or psychological professional.
5. Client Responsibility
You understand and agree that you are 100% responsible for your own progress, actions, and results. Life and Luxe Collective makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Your participation in the Program is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Programs is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material without our express written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal recourse, including but not limited to injunctive relief.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared within the Program, including ideas, strategies, conversations, and personal information of other participants. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
8. Media Release
By participating in any live or recorded coaching session, group event, or training, you agree that the Company may use your likeness, voice, and image in recordings for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes without compensation.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program without refund if they are disruptive, violate these Terms, or demonstrate behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other participants or the integrity of the Program.
10. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make any statements, publicly or privately, that may disparage, defame, or otherwise harm the Company, its staff, affiliates, or other participants.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, affiliates, contractors, staff, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs, including attorney fees, arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Life and Luxe Collective or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of any Program or service. Participation is at your own risk.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company with respect to your participation and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
